WordPress 用プラグイン User Registration – Custom Registration Form, Login Form, and User Profile には、3.1.5 までのすべてのバージョンにおいて form_save_action() 関数の機能チェックが欠落しており、特権昇格の脆弱性があります。これにより、購読者レベル以上のアクセス権を持つ認証済みの攻撃者が登録フォームを更新し、デフォルトの登録ロールを管理者にすることが可能になります。これにより、攻撃者はサイトの管理者としてアカウントを登録できるようになります。
解決方法
バージョン3.2.0、またはパッチが適用された新しいバージョンにアップデートする。
