WordPress 用 Awesome Support プラグインは、6.1.5 までのバージョンにおいて wpas_load_reply_history 関数の機能チェックが欠落しているため、データへの不正アクセスの脆弱性があります。これにより、認証されていない攻撃者が返信履歴を読み込むことが可能になります。
解決方法
バージョン6.1.6、またはパッチが適用された新しいバージョンにアップデートする。
